GetInsured Acquires Array Health, Expanding eCommerce Capability

GetInsured, a California-based health insurance eCommerce firm, has purchased Seattle's Array Health to expand its online health care enrollment capabilities. Both firms are known to be powerhouses in eCommerce health care solutions.

The acquisition will help GetInsured handle the health market evolution of accountable care organizations and provider-sponsored plans. The partnership will allow a single-platform support method as members transition health care sponsors as their lives change.
