North Carolina Extends Foster Care Services To Age 21

Starting January 1, 2017, foster care support services in North Carolina are available to young adults aged 18 to 21 as part of the new state program, “Foster 18 to 21,” which was passed in the 2015 session of the North Carolina General Assembly (N.C.G.S.).
