Illinois Department On Aging Launches Medication Management Demonstration Program
On December 1, 2016, the Illinois Department on Aging (IDoA) launched a one-year medication management demonstration program to help older adults with multiple chronic illnesses simplify their medication regimens. The services will be provided at no cost to the state or participants by APC LLC, a pharmacy company that provides at-home delivery, evaluation, and medication monitoring for community-dwelling consumers.
