Kansas Says Correct Care Solutions Submitted Sole Bid To Run Osawatomie State Hospital

Correct Care Solutions was the only company to submit a bid to the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) procurement office to operate Osawatomie State Hospital (OSH). The Kansas Department of Administration and KDADS are evaluating the proposal; there is no timeline for whether or when a contract award might be recommended to the state legislature, which must approve before a contract can be finalized. OSH provides voluntary and court-ordered commitment beds for adults with mental health disorders, and those with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders, and comorbid physical health conditions.
