New Hampshire Releases RFA For Statewide Support Services For Persons With Acquired Brain Injuries

On February 28, 2017, the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) released a request for applications (RFA-2018-BDS-09-SERVI) seeking a contractor to provide supportive services to individuals statewide with acquired brain injuries and their families. Proposals are due April 4, 2017. The two-year contract will have a maximum value of $854,920. It is slated to begin July 1, 2017, and run through June 30, 2019. DHHS will have the right to renew the contract services for up to four additional years.
