Wisconsin Awards Family Care LTSS MCO Contracts

On January 23, 2017, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) announced contract awards to Community Link, Inc.; Lakeland Care, Inc.; and Care Wisconsin for the northern expansion region Family Care and Family Care Partnership programs. Family Care is a Medicaid managed care program that provides health and long-term services and supports (LTSS) for frail elders and adults with developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities who have long-term care needs. The Family Care contracts go live in July 2017, and the Family Care Partnership contracts go live in January 2018.
