Advocates Sue State Of Illinois To Enforce Court Order For Resources For I/DD Community Living

On April 7, 2017, the plaintiffs in the 2011 Ligas v. Norwood Illinois consent decree requiring improvements to the developmental disability system have sued the state to enforce the terms.
