The Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Office of Homeless Services is seeking one or more organizations to provide rapid re-housing and housing stabilization services for homeless youth adults, and families. Via the new contract(s), the county anticipates a rapid exit from homelessness through long-term, stable housing for these residents. The county's key goals are to reduce the length of stay in emergency shelters and the rate of returns to shelters.
