Empire Health Foundation Partners With Catholic Charities To Launch Family-Focused Addiction Treatment Program

Empire Health Foundation (EHF) in Washington State is partnering with Catholic Charities in Spokane (CCS) to launch "Rising Strong," a family-focused addiction treatment program for families who are in danger of losing children to the foster care system due to parental addiction disorder. Rising Strong is an all-encompassing program designed to help parents overcome these behaviors through living with other families in a community that provides one-site mental health care, substance abuse treatment, parenting classes, work training, GED programs, and other additional forms of life-improvement assistance.
