DOJ Opinion on Remedial Plans Proposed in Disability Advocates, Inc. et al., v. Paterson, et al.
November 29, 2009 On November 24, 2009, the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) released its opinion on the proposed plans. DOJ said the state's proposal failed to comply with the court's order as it would not create enough supported housing units or provide sufficient education, assessment, and training for individuals transitioning to supported housing.
