Maine Unified Special Education Regulation Birth to Age 20 Proposed For Provisional Adoption
November 30, 2009 This rule governs the administration of the disability evaluation system for children, from birth to 20 years old, the provision of early intervention services to eligible children from birth to under age three with disabilities and their families, and the provision of special education and related services to eligible children age three to 20 with disabilities and their families.
