Civitas Solutions To Acquire Minnesota-Based Habilitative Services

On August 23, 2017, Civitas Solutions, Inc., which markets its services nationally as The MENTOR Network, announced an agreement to acquire Minnesota-based Habilitative Services, Inc., (HSI )which provides services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed. The organizations anticipate closing the transaction in late September or the first half of October.
