Health care disparities are common for Ohio adults with developmental disabilities. Compared to Ohio adults without developmental disabilities, those with developmental disabilities are less likely to report that they have a primary care professional who usually or always spends enough time with them, and less likely to report that their primary care professional usually or always explains diagnoses and treatments well.
