NYC’s Pathway Home Program Places Homeless With Host Families
New York City's Pathway Home Program works to transition homeless families and individuals back into the community by placing them with friends or family members that act as host families for up to 12 months. Started in July, 2017, the program is available to families or individuals who have resided in a city shelter for at least 90 days, or have referral for the New York City Family Eviction Prevention Supplement (CITYFEPS) Rent Supplement Program or Special Exit and Prevention Supplement (SEPS) program.
