DAS Health Acquires Integra IT Solutions

DAS Health recently announced it has acquired Integra IT Solutions, a reseller of electronic medical and health records (EMR/EHR) and information technology (IT) services provider. The purchase marks DAS Health’s fifth acquisition in the last three years.

Adding to Aprima Medicaid Software, the purchase will now allow DAS to sell EHR platforms such as eMDs Plus, Lytec, Practice Partner, and Medisoft. According to statements from DAS leadership, the company plans to hire existing Integra employees into its team, and will merge its operations on the west coast into Integra’s Las Vegas office.
