Colorado Developing Stronger Regulations On Host Homes For Individuals With I/DD

The Colorado Department of Health Care, Policy & Financing (HCPF) is developing stronger state regulations on host homes for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). Host homes are private residences owned by individuals who are recruited by developmental disability services provider organizations. Each host home can offer housing for up to three unrelated individuals with I/DD, as long as the residence meets the provider organization qualifications.
