Atos Acquires 3 Health IT Consulting Firms

The IT company Atos has recently acquired Pursuit Healthcare Advisors, Conduent’s Healthcare Provider Consulting business and Conduent’s Breakaway Group business to expand their digital health IT market. The new acquisition will allow Atos to support provider organizations and payers.

The acquisition will also bring 400 healthcare consultants to Atos and generate more than 1 billion euros revenue annually. The newly acquired companies will bring industry expertise within healthcare consulting including: drive technology adoption, optimize financial performance, improve quality, and speed of EHR implementations and more.
