Cognizant To Acquire Bolder Healthcare Solutions To Expand Revenue Cycle Management Services For Providers

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (Cognizant) recently announced it is acquiring Bolder Healthcare Solutions (Bolder). It is anticipated the purchase will close during the second quarter of 2018, and the financial terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.

Bolder offers revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions which help to integrate and automate health care administrative and medical data, which helps to narrow the time gap between service delivery and payment receipt. Through the acquisition, Cognizant’s consulting, IT, and business process services wil be able to expand into more health care facilities and practices.
