New Hampshire Medicaid Health Plans In Compliance With Federal Behavioral Health Parity Requirements
The New Hampshire Medicaid managed care organizations (MCOs) New Hampshire Healthy Families and Well Sense Health Plan are in compliance with federal behavioral health parity requirements, according to a state parity analysis. Benefits for the New Hampshire Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Alternative Benefits Plan (ABP) and 1915c Home and Community Based Care Waivers are also in compliance with the federal parity requirements.
