On March 23, 2018, the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) issued a request for proposals (RFP UHAA 2018000243) seeking a contractor to provide utilization management services for seven long-term care services and waiver programs. The selected contractor’s start-up period anticipated to begin on July 1, 2018 and end on July 31, 2018, after which operations would go live. The initial contract term ends on June 30, 2019, and may be renewed for total five-year contract. The contract has an annual maximum value of $739,944.
