On April 20, 2018, the Alabama Medicaid Agency released a request for proposals (RFP 2018-ICN-01) seeking a contractor to administer an integrated care network (ICN) that will provide enhanced case management, education, and outreach services to most Medicaid beneficiaries receiving long-term services and supports (LTSS).
