IT Company A2U Acquired By Atlanta Firm, Plans To Expand Nationally

Pittsburgh-based IT and technology consulting company A2U recently announced it was acquired by Atlanta-based firm FutureTech Holding Company (FutureTech). Financial details of the acquisition have not yet been disclosed.

With the purchase, A2U stated it anticipates hiring new employees, as well as, nationally expanding. These goals will become possible for A2U via better access to money and resources as a result of the deal. A2U, which currently has 47 employees, will continue to be led by its current CEO, Dan Dillman.
