New York I/DD Care Coordination Organizations Select MediSked’s Care Coordination Suite

MediSked’s Care Coordination Suite was recently selected by New York’s seven care coordination orgamizations (CCOs) for intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to be the software they will use for providing health home care management services. The seven CCOs plan to begin providing the services beginning on July 1.
