Kentucky Supreme Court Rules Prevailing Medical Standards Must Be Used For Defendant I/DD Diagnosis
On June 14, 2018, the Kentucky Supreme Court ruled that the state’s current method for determining if a defendant has an intellectual/developmental disability (I/DD) was outdated and unconstitutional.
