Delaware Developmental Disabilities Council Investigation Uncovers Contracting Irregularities
The Delaware Developmental Disabilities Council (DDC) violated state procurement policies, and policies on travel over the past three fiscal years, according to an investigation by the Delaware Office of Auditor of Accounts (AOA). In October 2017, the AOA had received complaints alleging that the DDC director failed to follow state and federal procurement and travel rules.
