17 Health Systems Join Former CMS Administrator To Build Digital Tools For Medicaid Consumers
Andy Slavitt, the former head of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and founder of Town Hall Ventures, recently announced he will be leading an initiative with 17 health systems to create digital solutions for Medicaid consumers. The health systems—which represent more than 280 hospitals—have each signed the Medicaid Transformation Project, which will seek to decrease Medicaid costs and improve care.
