Ancor Capital Partners Acquires STATinMED Research

Dallas, Texas-based private equity firm Ancor Capital Partners (Ancor) recently announced its acquisition of medical technology company STATinMED Research (STATinMED). The transaction, officially finalized as of September 7, is Ancor’s largest acquisition to date. Terms of the purchase have not been disclosed.

With the acquisition, STATinMED will bring its expertise in areas such as health economics, pharmacoeconomics, and research design to Ancor’s portfolio, complementing its long-term growth strategy.
