CVS Health & Rimidi Launch Diabetes Pilot Project In Atlanta

CVS Health and Rimidi, Inc. (formerly known as Rimidi Diabetes) are partnering to launch a diabetes pilot in Atlanta. The goal of the pilot is to increase awareness of diabetes, and improve access to diabetes care in the low-income communities of College Park, East Point, and Hapeville, which have chronically high rates of the disease. Rimidi has been conducting pilots in the Atlanta area partially funded by a grant from The Tyler Perry Foundation; CVS has now joined the pilot.
