Health care technology organization Zelis Healthcare (Zelis) recently acquired NetMinder and its parent company—data management organization The Ignition Group. NetMinder delivers industry-leading network comparison data to make brokers and insurance sales teams more effective and provider network managers more efficient.

As part of the transaction, NetMinder will become an operating unit of Zelis Network Analytics.
