On December 3, 2018, WellCare Health Plans, Inc. (WellCare), a Kentucky Medicaid managed care organization (MCO), launched a new digital life coach program for its members who are youth aging out of foster care. The program, developed by JOOL Health (JOOL), focuses on goal-setting and self-tracking through an application for smartphones and tablets.
