NCQA Launches Two New Population Health Management Programs

The National Committee For Quality Assurance (NCQA) recently launched two new population health management programs. The programs aim to help assess and support provider organizations providing holistic care to health care consumers.

The first program assesses three main criteria in a provider organization: its maturity in data integration, its delivery of targeted interventions, and its ability to measure quality and improve performance.
