Kentucky Reaches Settlement Agreement Regarding Services For Individuals With SMI
On October 25, 2018, the Commonwealth of Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS) announced a settlement agreement with Kentucky Protection & Advocacy regarding personal care homes, and the delivery of community supports and services for those with severe mental illness (SMI).
