Nebraska DHHS Issues A Child Welfare Case Management RFP

On January 9, 2019, the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services’ (DHHS) Division of Children and Family Services (CFS) issued a request for proposals (RFP 5995 Z1) to provide child welfare case management in the Eastern Service Area (ESA) of the state, which includes Douglas and Sarpy counties. Proposals are due by April 4, 2019. The state intends to award a five-year contract by July 1, 2019 that would begin on January 1, 2020. The initial five-year term would be followed by two one-year extension options. The RFP does not state a maximum contract value.
