Bahrain-based Investcorp recently announced it has acquired a majority interest in Sweden-based Cambio Healthcare Systems AB (Cambio). The founders and management team of Cambio will still hold a significant stake in the organization in wake of the transaction.

Cambio currently has customers throughout Denmark, Sweden, and the United Kingdom, serving more than 150,000 individuals through its software solutions.
