Arkansas DCFS Awards 3 Contracts For Intensive In-Home Family Preservation Services In 37 Counties

On February 1, 2019, the Arkansas Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS) launched contracts with 3 organizations to provide intensive in-home family preservation services for a pilot in 37 counties. The awardees are Saint Francis Ministries, Youth Advocate Program, and Youth Villages. The initial contract terms run through June 30, 2019, followed by six one-year renewal options. The aggregate first term contracts are valued at $2 million. There were no incumbent contractors for the pilot services.
