Oregon-Based Cambia Health Solutions Enters Strategic Affiliation With Blue Cross North Carolina

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBS NC) and Cambia Health Solutions (Cambia) recently formed a strategic affiliation to unite under a shared management structure. The two organizations are not referring to the move as a merger, however, the two organizations will share administration, management, and other corporate services under the Cambia name, according to their announcement of the affiliation.
