E-pharmacy organization Netmeds recently acquired health tech startup KiViHealth (KIVi). The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

The move will result in KiVi’s current workforce joining the Netmeds team, and will see Netmeds investing nearly $10 million to integrate and bolster KiVi’s business segment. KiVi currently contains more than 3,100 hospitals and health centers in its network, serving more than 2,000 clinical professionals online and through apps. Netmeds aims to integrate KiVi’s capabilities into its own services by the end of 2019.
