EBSCO Health Acquires HealthDecision

EBSCO Health (EBSCO) recently acquired HealthDecision, a clinical decision support and shared decision making tool for clinical professionals and health care consumers. As a result, EBSCO is integrating HealthDecision’s offerings into its own suite of clinical offerings.

The transaction grants EBSCO access to HealthDecision’s educational resources, which are designed to facilitate conversations between clinical professionals and consumers regarding treatment plans.
