West Virginia Adding SED Child Waiver & Foster Youth Coverage To Medicaid Managed Care By January 2020
The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) is adding a new waiver to provide services for children with serious emotional disorders (SED) starting January 1, 2020, and at the same time the state intends to move Medicaid coverage for youth in foster care to managed care.
