Hackensack Meridian Health Partners With Prospect Heights Care Center, Regent Heights Care Center & West Caldwell Care Center To Enhance Long-Term & Subacute Care In New Jersey

Hackensack Meridian Health, one of New Jersey’s largest and most comprehensive and integrated health networks, announced that three nursing homes–Prospect Heights Care Center in Hackensack, Regent Care Center in Hackensack, and West Caldwell Care Center in West Caldwell–have joined the network. The merger will deliver enhanced nursing and rehabilitation services throughout northern New Jersey.

The partnership between Hackensack Meridian Health and these three facilities will provide greater access and choice to New Jersey residents for nursing home and rehabilitation facilities.
