San Diego Center For Children Awarded $31 Million Contract To Provide Wraparound Services
On June 28, 2019, the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), Behavioral Health Services (BHS) awarded a contract to the San Diego Center for Children to provide comprehensive intensive case management wraparound services. The services are for youth involved with child welfare services and/or probation departments. The contract is valued at $31 million. The initial 12-month term, valued at $6.18 million, began on July 1, 2019; it is followed by four one-year renewal options with a similar annual value. San Diego Center for Children will be paid on a cost reimbursement basis.
