Missouri Settles Class Action Lawsuit On Psychotropic Medicine For Foster Youth
On July 15, 2019, a federal district court judge granted preliminary approval to Missouri's proposed settlement in a class action lawsuit that challenged the state’s use of psychotropic medications for youth in foster care.
