Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio (VNA of Ohio), a member of the Holmdel, New Jersey-based Visiting Nurse Association Health Group (VNA Health Group), announced their intent to acquire Ideal Home Health Care (Ideal), based in Westlake, Ohio.
