Oregon Community First Choice Option Plan Straining Multnomah County I/DD Services Capacity
Since 2016, the number of people served by the Multnomah County Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services Division (IDDSD) rose by 14%. In part, the increase is due to state-level policy and funding changes to intellectual/developmental disability (I/DD) services and the Oregon K Plan.
