Coordinated Health Joins Lehigh Valley Health Network

With formal closing completed, Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) has acquired the assets of Coordinated Health. As a result, Coordinated Health is now part of Lehigh Valley Health Network. LVHN and Coordinated Health jointly announced in September 2019 they had signed a binding letter of intent for LVHN to acquire the assets of Coordinated Health, pending reviews by the Federal Trade Commission and the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office. Those reviews concluded in November and both organizations worked diligently to reach closing.
