OPEN MINDS Announces Final Faculty & Agenda For The Integration Summit: New Models For Primary Care, Behavioral Health & Social Service Integration

(January 12, 2020) – OPEN MINDS today announced the faculty and agenda for the highly anticipated executive summit, The OPEN MINDS Integration Summit: New Models For Primary Care, Behavioral Health, & Social Service Integration, which will be held on February 12, 2020 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
