OPEN MINDS Senior Associate Paul M. OPEN MINDS Senior Associate Joe Naughton-Travers, Ed.M., brings more than 30 years of experience in the health and human services field to the Quick Consult opportunity. He has vast experience in child welfare and community mental health clinics, worked as a senior business operations manager for a psychiatric hospital system and its community mental health clinics, and held a senior executive-level role with a firm specializing in information systems, billing, and receivables management for community-based mental health programs. Mr. Naughton-Travers will help registrants with issues related to strategic planning and metrics-based management, merger and acquisition planning and prospecting, and information technology planning and technology optimization.

OPEN MINDS Advisory Board Member John Talbot, Ph.D., will bring more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of health care, including senior management, consulting, education, and direct clinical work, and as president of a non-profit board. Mr. Talbot’s experience as vice president of corporate strategy with Jefferson Center for Mental Health will guide his recommendations during the Quick Consults regarding development and implementation of payer and provider strategic alliances; organizational re-engineering and operations management; and strategic planning and metrics-based management.
