The Home Care Association of Colorado and Hospice & Palliative Care Association of the Rockies announced that their proposed combination of the associations has been approved to form the Home Care and Hospice Association of Colorado. The merger became effective January 31, 2020.

The new, merged entity brings together two important players in post-acute care to represent all segments of the memberships, including home care, certified home health, home medical equipment, hospice, palliative, and private duty. The merger seeks to provide more value, enhanced benefits, and stronger representation to all members of the associations.
