Health Catalyst, Inc., a leading provider organization of data and analytics technology and services to health care organizations, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Able Health, Inc., a San Francisco-based company that is a leading SaaS provider of quality and regulatory measurement tracking and reporting to health care provider organizations and risk-bearing entities.
