On April 19, 2020, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued recommendations to allow health care facilities to reopen to provide non-emergent, non-COVID-19 health care. The recommendations apply to areas that have a low, or relatively low and stable incidence of COVID-19.
